The area has been developed by Danebu Utvikling AS, where nature and the surroundings have been the focus throughout the process. The underlying idea was to create space-efficient cabins and now also apartments that elegantly adapt to the terrain's topography, so that major terrain interventions with fillings and cuttings are avoided.
A lot of thought has been put into the interior, where the comfortable and pleasant together with the modern and timeless will provide peace and pleasure in both soul and mind. Only a few minutes walk to the fantastic Danebu Kongsgaard, where you can enjoy good food and drink.

Rudstølhøgde cabin field consists of 37 new plots with a fantastic location "up on the plateau" near the top of Valdres Alpine Center and Aurdal Fjellpark.
Alpine skiing: Valdres Alpine Center is one of Valdre's largest alpine centers with 5 ski lifts and 14 trails/runs of varying difficulty.
Cross-country skiing: The area also offers miles of well-groomed marked ski trails in both mountain and forest terrain. The preparation of the ski trail network in the cabin and hiking area in Valdres is taken care of by local trail teams.
