Danebu Kongsgaard

Danebu Kongsgaard is a renovated boutique hotel in the middle of Valdres' beautiful mountain landscape - a place to land, recharge and gather. With a warm and inviting atmosphere, beautiful nature and great dining experiences, Danebu is a mountain gem for courses and conferences, weddings and parties.

Throughout much of the year, the hotel's main focus is on groups and events, while during selected holiday periods the doors are also opened to cabin guests and other individual guests.

Food and drink

From July 1, 2026, Danebu will focus more clearly on group events. We therefore invite families, groups of friends and others who want to gather in the mountains to contact us in advance. For such occasions, we will open both the restaurant and hotel especially for you for groups of 10–12 people.

During selected holiday periods, Danebu Kongsgaard is open to cabin guests and others who want to stop by.

Danebu Kongsgaard mainly has capacity for accommodation in connection with courses and conferences, weddings, parties and other group events.
