Cured ham served with brie from Valdresmeieriet, honey vinaigrette and flatbread from Valdres Bakst.
Main course
Roasted beef tenderloin with baked root vegetables and baby potatoes, served with creamy pepper sauce.
Dessert
Panna cotta – served Koja-style – with cranberry sauce.
