Lift tickets are always cheapest online!
Top up your lift card (keycard with WTP number) and head straight to the slopes.
If you do not have a keycard with a WTP number, you can purchase this in the online store for an additional cost (NOK 80.00) by checking "Do not have a WTP card". You can then pick this up in our pickup box in the facility, or at the ticket office (Fjellstølheisen).
When purchasing a season ticket, remember to have photos ready for uploading! Everyone must upload a photo of their face, both when topping up and purchasing a new card. The face should not be covered!
We recommend that you log in with your user (profile) if this was established the last time you bought a lift ticket online. Creating a "user" will make it easier for you the next time you buy a lift ticket!
Here's how:
- Go to the online store, select ticket type, press Buy now...
- Select number within person type, press Continue...
- Check content, press Add to cart...
- Check whether you choose New keycard, or Load keycard…
- At Charge keycard, insert WTP number (see lift card you used last season)... If you do not have a WTP card, check this box (+80.00)...
- Fill in information on all lift tickets…
- When using a discount code, enter it and press "Redeem"
- Press Continue to payment…
- Please register (create a user/profile) and enter the details of the payment manager.
If you have a profile from before, you can log in with this... - Check content, press Continue…
- Choose payment solution…
IMPORTANT; if you encounter any challenges during the purchase process, we recommend emptying the shopping cart and starting the purchase again. If the contents of the shopping cart are left, you will in some cases experience the error message again.
REMEMBER to keep the order confirmation (the one with the QR code and barcode).
You will need this if you do not top up your previous cards and you later need to collect your new cards.
